This, then gives us clarity in how those thoughts and feelings influence our lives. I gave the self love journal away as a gift so I’ve started using the anxiety journal. I’ve only made one entry, however my impression is that by using the journal, my thoughts and feelings are finally going to unravel and my anxiety will ease. I highly recommend these for anyone and would be lovely to receive as a gift 🎁 . Well done Wholesome!
Amazing customer experience from the start, I had my old address as the shipping address so emailed and the issue was rectified very quickly and it was sent to the correct address. Very quick delivery too, received after only 2 days. I am impressed with whats inside and already used it daily for 2 weeks. Feeling very positive and looking forward to trying out the others
Really impressed. Thought Id always just be an anxious person. I still have bad days of course but this book has helped me work through them in a healthy way. The fact that its small and fits in my bag is useful too as I like to take it to work with me and sometimes use it on my lunch break. Definitely happy I bought it.
Has changed my selfcare routine. Each exercise actually helps me reframe my opinions of myself and have really helped to reinforce my self worth and self esteem. Such a great confidence-building tool, have now bought one for my mum so we can work through it together x
I've tried lots of other resources and journals before this one, and I can say hands-down this is my favourite thing I've tried! The guidance and education is beautifully designed and it gives me valuable techniques that I can use everyday.
I used to think this type of thing wasn't meant for me, and you'd been to have some experience with therapy, mindfulness, etc. but I now realise that you don't have to be broken to improve. I think everyone could do with a bit of reflection and consideration for themselves, and this journal is the perfect thing for that.
I've never been into journalling and actually have tried to start the habit a few times in the past, but could never stick with it. I enjoy having the daily mood checkin as well as the journal question. They make the process feel a lot more manageable than when I've tried to journal before.
I am very happy with this. I have used this type of journal before and this one is very easy to use and I like that it has more therapy content in it. Its easy to use and is a good size for travel, etc, 10/10
I have had anxiety most of my adult life and find it hard to talk to my family and friends. This journal has helped me unload some of my worries without bothering my family and has helped me regain some control over my fears. Its been an eye opening experience to connect my present fears with past relationships/events. It's been a wonderful experience and investment in my mental health.
My life is so busy and I'm so often the person that helps everyone else first, and makes sure everyone else is happy and fine. It's been nice to give myself that same attention, I didn't realise how much I needed it.
As someone who has struggled with anxiety for years, this journal has been a lifesaver. It has taught me new coping mechanisms and the team offers support which truly makes a difference. Its a good tool and I love that I can pick it up whenever I need a extra help.
I actually purchased this as a gift for a friend after signing up to the monthly subscription myself recently.
The journals look really good, and definitely make you think about your true self, who you are, not the person you choose people to see. I'm only a few days into mine, but so far, so good.

This journal has been different to the other ones I've used for before, it has made me go deeper with healing my trauma and made me really rethink the way I see & talk to myself. I am so happy that I brought this journal.
