Has changed my selfcare routine. Each exercise actually helps me reframe my opinions of myself and have really helped to reinforce my self worth and self esteem. Such a great confidence-building tool, have now bought one for my mum so we can work through it together x

I've tried lots of other resources and journals before this one, and I can say hands-down this is my favourite thing I've tried! The guidance and education is beautifully designed and it gives me valuable techniques that I can use everyday.

I've never been into journalling...

I've never been into journalling and actually have tried to start the habit a few times in the past, but could never stick with it. I enjoy having the daily mood checkin as well as the journal question. They make the process feel a lot more manageable than when I've tried to journal before.
