These Guided Journals are a fantastic tool to help anyone to identify and navigate their true feelings and thoughts which can so easily be overlooked in our busy lives. This, then gives us clarity in how those thoughts and feelings influence our lives. I gave the self love journal away as a gift so I’ve started using the anxiety journal. I’ve only made one entry, however my impression is that by using the journal, my thoughts and feelings are finally going to unravel and my anxiety will ease.
