What's the difference between your workbooks and journals?

The main difference between our journals and workbooks is the level of detail, and the intended use. 

Wholesome journals have been designed to serve as your daily go-to journal, with a daily habit tracker, mood tracker, and relevant journal prompt to aid reflection. Our journals also contain some educational material and techniques to integrate into yourself-care routine.

Whoelsome workbooks, on the other hand, are a more comprehensive course to tackle a range of specific mental health concerns, such as low self-esteem or anxiety. These contain daily CBT education and exercises, to create a much more in-depth experience.

Order Questions

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.

Can I change/amend my order after placing it?

We can change your shipping details at any time, until the order is dispatched.

To adjust your order details, please respond to your order confirmation email as soon as possible, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, we can't cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched. Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check your details contained in your order confirmation to email, to ensure no mistakes.

How to I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email through which you may track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

If you have your Order Number and email address, you may also track your order with our Track my Order page.

Where do you ship to/from?

We ship orders worldwide from our factory in Devon, England.

What shipping options do you provide?

We offer worldwide shipping and work with the following couriers:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24/48
  • Royal Mail International Tracked
  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
  • DHL Express Economy

Please note that depending on your shipping region, your selection of couriers may change.

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email through which you may track the status of your order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We ship new orders everyday, however, due to stocking, please allow the team 2-3 days to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 days
- Royal Mail International Tracked (Europe): minimum 5 days
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (USA & Canada): 4-7 days

What if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?!

Don't worry!!!

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Help! I can't find my parcel!

If your order has not arrived, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you.

Payments

What payment methods do you offer?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at check-out.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?

We accept 3 times payment terms via Klarna and PayPal.

You will be able to choose that payment option on checkout.

How does Klarna work?

Klarna lets us offer you additional payment options for your online orders, including installment plans and payment deferrment plans.

Please note, to utilize Klarna, you'll need to check out in the local currency of your country. 

To use Klarna as your method of payment, choose Klarna from the list of available payment methods at checkout. 

After you confirm your shipping details, you’ll be taken to the Klarna website to complete your order. After you complete your order through Klarna, you’ll be taken back to the Wholesome website, where you’ll get your order number. You’ll also receive an order confirmation from both Klarna and Wholesome to the email that you provided at checkout. 

You can log in to your Klarna account at any time to see your payment details or make early payments.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request

To start a return, please login to your customer account and select the order you would like to return.


How to submit a return request

Click the profile icon at the top of our website to login to your customer account, and then request a return for the order you would like to return.

Do you offer exchanges?

At the moment, we do not offer exchanged for received items. We hope to change this in the near future - so keep an eye out!

Are returns free?

We do not charge for returns and do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost for return postage for any returns, and this cannot be refunded.

How long des it take to process refunds?

Returns are confirmed within 24-48 hours of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Wholesome products are warranted for 3 month from the date of shipping against any defects, like if your product arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling. 

Simply put, if we made a mistake, we’re committed to fixing it.

The warranty does not cover what is caused by you (but we don't abuse this), or anything that has been lost, dropped or damaged in any other way. We do a strict quality control before we package and ship every single item. To claim a warrant, please email customersupport@wholesomehq.com with a description of what happened, a photo and your order number, so we can help make it right.
