Customer Care - Shipping & Returns

We ship new orders every weekday and strive to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of processing.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 days
- Royal Mail International Tracked (Europe): minimum 5 days
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (USA & Canada): 4-7 days

An order can be delivered to one address only, and delivery charges are per order.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail, DHL Express and United States Postal Service (USPS). 


Returns: Easy & Happiness-focussed

WholesomeHQ products are warranted for 3 month from the date of shipping against any defects, like if your product arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling. Simply put, if we made a mistake, we’re committed to fixing it.

The warranty does not cover what is caused by you (but we don't abuse this), or anything that has been lost, dropped or damaged in any other way. We do a strict quality control before we package and ship every single item. To claim a warrant, please email with a description of what happened, a photo and your order number, so we can help make it right. 

Is your item not quite right or not quite what you expected? We accept returns on ready-stock items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made items. If your item is not defective, we do not pay for return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.
